Our award-winning 50/50 Dark Rum finished in freshly emptied Wheated Bourbon barrels from our good friends at Liberty Pole in Washington, PA.
To the usual caramel and vanilla notes of our Dark Rum, the bourbon barrel finish adds a gentle spice and some background notes of freshly baked biscuits.
80 proof. Aged 6-8 months in neutral rum barrels. Finished for 3 months in Liberty Pole Wheated Bourbon barrels.
